NickServ Commands
Registering
a Nick : First of all type /nick [your
nick]
then type; /nickserv register [password] [email-id]
To IDENTIFY a Nick
:
/nickserv identify [nickname] password
To get information of a nick :
/nickserv info nickname
Nick Ghost
: /nickserv ghost nickname [password]
Changing password
: /nickserv set passwd oldpassword
newpassword
Prevent others from using ur nick
: /nickserv set enforce on
To set url to ur nick
: /nickserv set url <ur url here>
Re setting an email
: /nickserv set email <email address
here>
Disabling memos
: /nickserv set nomemo on
Droping a nick :
/nickserv drop <nickname>
Example
:- Suppose you take an example of nick
Mayank_
Type /nick drop Mayank_
Nickserv will reply somehing like this :-
-NickServ- Dropping a nickname is permanent and cannot be undone!
-NickServ- To confirm, type: /nickserv DROP Mayank_ 4294401523
then just type : /nickserv drop nickname <authorization code>
If forgot your password type
: /nickserv sendpass [nick] [email
address]
